MAINTENENCE

Metalandes S.A. conscious of the need of offering quality service to our clients after delivering the equipment, offers two types of post–sales service:

1. Preventive maintenance

In order to keep the equipment supplied in good working condition.

2. Corrective maintenance

For solving problems which occur due to failure in operation.

In this way, Metalandes S.A. guarantees its customers that the product they bought will always have full service, giving more credibility to our products.

Technical assistance

When the product requires it, or when the customer asks for it, we include technical assistance for mounting, operation and maintenance of the equipment. In the contract for the design and manufactur of the products.

Types of services

Transfer switches are the only products sold by Metalandes that include a routine service check and general maintenance service during the year following the sale.

When the customer requests, Metalandes S.A. offers services of maintenance on transfer switches and substations.

Services to other substation equipment.

For other substation equipment like ML, panels, transformer panels, and low voltage transfer switches, maintenance consists of checking the connections, cleaning, and tightening of connectors.
